   Update: the Quark team have confirmed they will add the skillscope checks to Quark's internal CI, which is the path this issue and amd/Quark#45 pointed at ("internal is fine").

   Two things still open alongside that:

   • Quark has no GitHub Actions, so the result will not be visible from this repo. Worth agreeing up front what marks this done, for example confirmation that the job is live, since there will be no green check here to point at.
   • The three review follow-ups in Add skillscope checks for Quark skills to CI Quark#45 are eval content rather than CI wiring, so they are not covered by the above: the files_exist / logs_contain graders, a case for the native-wheel install path, and linking references/example-fp8-qwen3-8b.md from SKILL.md.
