AGENTS.md, so Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor all read one canonical source.Why
AGENTS.mdis the cross-tool convention read by Codex and Claude Code. HQ keeps the authored context there and serves all generated context (symbol index, graph, skeletons, feature/stage state) from a tenant-scoped S3 cache + DB at agent run-time. Tracking generated files in git produced unmergeable conflicts on every PR. Nothing generated lives in git after this PR merges.After merge
