Large shared-label count populations previously required repeated native traversals and expanded Python cutoff/offset tables. This prepares seqtree 1.1.1 with bounded grouped count buffers, shared cutoffs, factored additive offsets and full-membership per-query withholding. It also adds exact pre-offset score quantization, optional affine alignment geometry and independent paired-lane priors while preserving existing defaults and zero runtime dependencies.

Validation: 789 Python tests passed (4 skipped), CTest passed, and Sphinx completed with zero warnings. Independent single/paired oracles cover label masks, exact exclusion, rounding, overflow and threads 1/4; default count/size/exact buffers remain byte-identical to the prior candidate. Platform CI, including Windows, is pending on this PR.

Draft for final review. Merge, tagging and publication require the owner's approval.
