feat(property-editor): choose which properties the Form View exposes #8017

Task Summary

Let authors mark which properties appear in the form, from the operator property editor they already use.

• new ngx-formly wrapper expose-property-wrapper (per-property expose tick box), registered in formly-config.ts
• wired through operator-property-edit-frame: a tick box on each top-level property only, never on nested array/object fields
• a formViewFeatureEnabled getter (returns the formViewEnabled flag) gates the choose control, so any workflow with the flag on can expose inputs, independent of its default-view setting

The editable-label wrapper (rename/hide a field) is not part of this task -- it lands with the authoring PR that consumes it.
