Task Summary
Aggregate and the sort family (Sort, Stable Merge Sort and Sort Partitions) still have no standalone form. A workflow built out of them exports a script of commented placeholders.
Each implements generateStandaloneCode, returning the pandas that does what its executor does. The sort family's row order is its contract, so the operator has to say so, and anything comparing two runs of it checks the order as well as the rows.
Step 11b in #8325. Aggregate's concatenation needs #8597 for the helper that writes a value as Java's toString does.
