Summary

• Replace outdated Incubator-era repository and website references in Wayang documentation.
• Update release script distribution paths and source archive naming to match the current Wayang release documentation.
• Correct the stale project reference in Python package configuration.
• Leave historical and test-data references unchanged where appropriate.

• Checked the updated release paths and archive naming against the current release documentation.

The cleanup looks fine, but this doesn't fully resolve #842. The reported installation page comes from apache/wayang-website/docs/guide/installation.md, which still contains the old clone URL and cd incubator-wayang.

Please add a companion PR in the website repo and link it here before closing #842.
