Fixes an issue where picking an apk from storage would edit or inspect the already installed app on your phone instead of the actual apk file you selected, whenever they shared the same package name.
Fixes installed app conflicts with storage apks across quick edit, building/exporting, decompilation caching, and the installer screen.
