- Closes apple#807. - Ensure everything builds and passes with latest conforming package versions. - Dependency update results in slightly different protobuf structs (adding `nonisolated`). - Dependency update resulted in a default logging method being deprecated, requiring changes to the vminitd logging protocol conformance.
