Appendix C and the term table gave a three-part URN, contradicting ADR-0007 and the spec's own example (urn:air:example.com:weather-server). Also refresh ADR-0007's stale urn:ai: examples to urn:air: (ADR-0009).

Appendix C and the term table (§4.2) described the identifier as
urn:air:<publisher>:<namespace>:<agent-name>, while ADR-0007 makes<namespace>optional and allows several segments. The spec's own example (urn:air:example.com:weather-server) already follows ADR-0007.urn:air:<publisher>:[<namespace>:]<agent-name>and state that<namespace>is optional and may span multiple segments, with two examples.urn:ai:examples are refreshed tourn:air:(per ADR-0009).Docs-only; no schema change. I left ADR-0003 and
urn-naming-guide.mdplaceholders (<namespace>templates) untouched.
