Summary

• publish the bounded final agent message instead of lifecycle/report metadata
• reconcile Kubernetes session state when a worker subagent snapshot endpoint stops responding
• summarize legacy structured reports from their Final agent message section
• add the real latest-open-PR terminal interaction as a regression scenario

UX acceptance

The completed pane now renders the actual wrapped PR result and the completed ops agent, never Status: completed as the task summary.
