chore(deps): bump aikit to f91c37f - #188

aikit-sdk and aikit-agent move to the same aikit commit, which adds session-start hooks for Codex, Cursor and Pi. cli-framework uses none of the changed session-hook API. One rev for both lets consumers that pin aikit at f91c37f resolve a single copy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
