Dates the Unreleased changelog section as 0.6.0, so consumers such as rudaia-vitrine can pin a tag instead of a main revision. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Cuts release v0.6.0 from current
main(fb6b738, 108 commits past v0.5.8): bumpscli-frameworkto 0.6.0 and dates the[Unreleased]changelog section. Pre-1.0, so the breaking items there (rmcp 2.x, ADR 0081 signatures, ADR 0082 OIDC fields) take a minor bump. The docs already call it v0.6.0 (with_telemetrydeprecated in v0.6.0).After the merge, a lightweight tag
v0.6.0goes on the merge commit, the same way earlier releases were tagged. Why now: rudaia-hq/rudaia-vitrine pins this repo by revision, and Rudaia contracts C3 requires telemetry to come through a tagged cli-framework release.
