This PR updates the PyCentral version to v2.0a22 and adjusts related dependencies across Classic Central workflows. Files updated:

Notes:

• Updated pycentral to v2.0a22 where applicable.
• Removed or adjusted inherited/unused packages to align Classic-Central modules with current dependencies.

Changes look good. Ran device_inventory_to_excel and detailed_device_inventory on fresh pip installations to verify. Workflows working correctly with updated requirements.
