Verdict: approve. This moves the reusable workflow pin and its matching redline-ref input to the same full commit, 2bd9e01fbae75771c20611eab74ba31272ef4f26. The scripts are therefore fetched at the commit the workflow runs from. The old sha appears nowhere else in the repo, and the permissions, triggers and fork gating are unchanged.

Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs to askalf/ci@2bd9e01, the main commit that last changed the review or the fix (main 2026-10-07, askalf/ci#35). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.
