Verdict: approve. This moves the called review workflow and its redline-ref input together to askalf/ci@c20dd11. Both stay pinned to the same full commit sha, so the fetched scripts match the workflow version. The job's same-repo and non-draft gate is unchanged, and so are its read-only permissions and other inputs.

Moves the pinned askalf/ci calls and their redline-ref inputs to askalf/ci@c20dd11, the main commit that last changed the review or the fix (main 2026-10-07, askalf/ci#27). The scripts are fetched at that same commit. The pins are the only change.
