Point the README examples at v0.17.0, and move the default Astro CLI from 1.45.0 to 1.46.0, the latest stable release. Nothing the action parses changed between them: the `astro version` line and the bundle list JSON fields are the same. The input validation test's stubbed CLI version follows the new default. 1.46.1 is 1.46.0 rebuilt with Go 1.26.10, and has no other changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Updates the README's references from v0.16.0 to v0.17.0, as the last release did in #163. It also moves the default
cli-versionfrom 1.45.0 to 1.46.1, the latest stable Astro CLI.The tag should be cut soon after this merges. Until then the README examples point at a ref that doesn't exist.
CLI 1.46.1
The action reads two things from the CLI: the
astro versionline and the JSON fromastro deployment bundle list. I diffed astro-cli v1.45.0 against v1.46.0 and neither changed. 1.46.0's "DAG" to "Dag" rename (astronomer/astro-cli#2259) only touches text meant for people. 1.46.1 is 1.46.0 rebuilt with Go 1.26.10, and has no code changes.None of v0.17.0's features need 1.46.x. The
dags-pathfix that lets a deploy run without an Astro project (astronomer/astro-cli#2243) was backported into v1.45.0, so the README's "1.45.0 or higher" is still right, and the setup-astro-cli example that pins 1.45.0 stays as it is. 1.46.0 also started publishing the versionedinstall.shthat #162 named as the prerequisite forcli-version: latest. The input validation test's stubbed CLI version follows the new default.
Testing
The e2e jobs install the CLI with
setup-astro-cli, which picks the latest release when no version is given, and the action then uses that CLI instead of its own default. That release is currently 1.46.1, so this branch's e2e run tests 1.46.1 end to end.
