Hi, I'm Alex 👋

I build developer tooling and conversational systems.

For eight years I co-created and maintained Jovo — an open-source framework for voice and conversational apps across Alexa, Google Assistant, Bixby and beyond, plus the CLI that went with it. 301 forks, 100+ contributors, and apps built on it reached several million monthly users. Amazon and Google commissioned features for their platforms along the way. Archived in 2025.

Before that: five years on MES systems for pharmaceutical production, where a bug means a production line stops.

These days mostly TypeScript and Node, a lot of it behind private repos.

I care about API design, developer experience, and the tooling layer that lets other engineers move faster.
