Stop using the deprecated module from helm-toolkit. Instead, provide a way to create TLS secrets via extraObjects. Reference: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/openstack-helm/+/993645 Additionally, disable ingress-nginx by default to encourage the transition to Gateway API, as ingress-nginx has reached EOL.
