API drift:
- Retire the Bitbucket issue-tracker surface (atl-bb issue *, search
issues, the bitbucket_issue resolve kind, and the feature_disabled error
category). Atlassian removed the tracker and its endpoints on 2026-08-20;
they now answer 410. Recorded in ADR 0008.
- Switch atl-conf page children to GET /pages/{id}/direct-children, the
replacement for the deprecated /children endpoint, and show the new
child type column.
- Page pull-request listings at 50 under --all; the endpoint rejects a
larger pagelen.
Bugs:
- Require --yes on branch delete, tag delete, Jira comment delete, and
Confluence comment delete, via a shared cli.AddYesFlag/RequireYes.
- Keep human text off stdout under --json/--jq for issue link, page label
remove, and page comment delete.
- Fix git remote inference for trailing slashes, altssh.bitbucket.org,
mixed-case hosts, and a local-branch upstream.
- Add --timeout with an ATL_TIMEOUT fallback; bound the OAuth refresh
independently so a live refresh never looks like a stale lock; make the
refresh lock best-effort and non-spinning.
- Project --json=field over arrays of objects; report unselectable
responses as invalid_input.
- Discover Windows extensions by PATHEXT with exec.LookPath precedence;
follow symlinks on POSIX.
Docs, skill references, and the command contract updated to match, and
stale known-limitation entries corrected.

This synchronizes Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket command behavior with their API contracts and expands verification across real CLI processes and live owned-resource workflows. It fixes Confluence ancestor traversal, Windows extension resolution, transport/timeouts, precise attachment decoding, repository resolution, and command validation/response handling.
The suite requires process or live evidence for all 152 runnable commands. Coverage includes auth/targeting, aliases/extensions, native completion and credential persistence, raw API/output/download failures, owned CRUD with independent readback and cleanup, pagination, OAuth refresh, scope denial, independent-user PR approval, and bounded Bitbucket pipelines/deployments.
