Installed-artifact checks previously exercised help output while using preinstalled shared packages. Live journeys also left important filters, guide refresh recovery, and generated handoffs weakly checked.

This change verifies offline installed runtime behavior outside the checkout with a subprocess network guard, independently resolves provider and modular wrapper wheel dependencies, expands root-wheel CI to Python 3.12–3.14, and adds real Redis expiry/isolation/replay/outage checks. Focused regressions cover WCL deduplication boundaries and realm fallback, actual filesystem aliases, and Raidbots actor interpretation against a real SimC binary. Live journeys now check meaningful filters, immutable guide evidence across refresh and failure, independently scoped multi-page seasons, and executable handoffs. Documentation describes the remaining limits.

Validation:

• make check with the real SimC checkout: 3,641 passed, 94.80% coverage. Four optional Redis skips were separately exercised against real Redis; two existing markup cases remain intentionally inapplicable.
• Root wheels on Python 3.12, 3.13, and 3.14; all eleven provider wheels and the modular wrapper: passed installed-runtime verification.
• Real Redis: all four integration checks passed, including outage and fresh-process reconnection.
• Blizzard and CurseForge live journeys: 33 passed. Focused guide, Raider.IO, Wowhead, Lorrgs, local SimC, and live parser checks passed.
• All 19 GitHub CI jobs, Actionlint, and closing Diffwarden review passed; no remaining review findings.
• Broad live run: 565 passed, 84 explicitly excluded, and one aged guide-fixture failure from code collected before its repair. The repaired redirect-reuse journey passed its final fresh rerun (1 passed). No other live failures occurred.
• WCL public/user credentials are rejected, and the optional report journey needs a fresh public Raidbots report. Those 84 journeys remain explicitly excluded. New authenticated WCL filter journeys have not been verified live.
