Adds Unchained Engine to the E-commerce section (bottom of section per contributing.md) — an open-source headless commerce engine for Node.js with a GraphQL API, built-in MCP server for AI agents, B2B quotations and event ticketing. EUPL-1.2, source at https://github.com/unchainedshop/unchained.
