…geable majors - Maven: a single entry with `directories` for java/, java/examples/ and java/integration-tests/ (the last was not scanned at all), grouped into one PR instead of two. - Ignore JUnit majors: JUnit 6 needs Java 17 and the library supports Java 8+ (#26 failed on Java 8 and 11 for this reason). - Ignore TypeScript and @types/node majors: TypeScript 7 is outside typescript-eslint's peer range, so `npm ci` fails (#28); @types/node should track the oldest supported Node, not the newest.

Effect on the open Dependabot PRs
Dependabot closes and recreates grouped PRs when the config changes. After this merges, expect #26 and #28 to be replaced by PRs without the ignored majors. #21 is the duplicate the previous config fix was for and can be closed by hand.
