PHP "could not startup" with PVT

i'm having the same problem on php 5.3.2......i talked with Arthur he says it could be because of some core php changes....but i'm not an expert in php internals.....i'm more a beginner

So what is the lastest version of PHP that he has it working with?

probably 5.3.0 and 5.2.X.....that's what i've understood from the slides.
