Bumps XCODE_VERSION in validate-all.yml from 26.5 to 26.6.

Verification

Ran locally against Xcode 26.6 (Swift 6.3.3, build 17F113 — same build as the runner image):

Check Result
CI_iOS build-for-testing (iOSAllTests, iPhone 17 Pro / iOS 26.5) ** TEST BUILD SUCCEEDED **
CI_iOS full test plan, test-without-building, -parallel-testing-enabled NO ** TEST EXECUTE SUCCEEDED ** — 2830 tests, 0 failures, 2 known issues
make lint clean
VaultApp scheme build ** BUILD SUCCEEDED **

Package sources compile with -warnings-as-errors (Package.swift), so the clean build also confirms Swift 6.3.3 introduces no new warnings.

Notes

  • The macos-26 runner image ships Xcode 26.6 as default, so /Applications/Xcode_26.6.app resolves.
  • Simulator destination stays on OS=26.5: no 26.6 runtime exists, and 26.5 matches the snapshot config in Vault/README.md.
  • Cache keys embed XCODE_VERSION, so the first run cold-misses the SPM cache and then restores normally.

Verified locally on Xcode 26.6 (Swift 6.3.3): CI_iOS builds and the
full iOSAllTests plan passes (2830 tests), make lint is clean, and the
VaultApp wrapper builds. Package sources compile with
-warnings-as-errors, so no new 6.3.3 warnings.

The macos-26 runner ships 26.6 as default. Simulator destination stays
on iOS 26.5 — no 26.6 runtime exists and 26.5 matches the snapshot
config in Vault/README.md.
