Fix Mint broken links

Summary

• Fix Mint broken-link findings across docs content
• Remove the unused archived Learn objectives snippet and update the remaining Foundry links to getfoundry.sh
• Remove the compromised spend-permissions example/demo link
• Apply mechanical relative-link and URL-scheme fixes that Mint reported
• Add a Ledger llms.txt index and remove the stale Static llms.txt entry from docs/agents.md
