The dependency bump in 820de6c updated typescript to ^7.0.2, but typescript-eslint (used transitively via @vue/eslint-config-typescript) only supports typescript <6.1.0. This broke `npm run lint` with: typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0. Pin typescript back to the last supported 6.x release until typescript-eslint adds TS 7 support (typescript-eslint#10940).
