Kibana 9.5.4 no longer loads the spaces.chunk bundle on a tenancy
switch, so the intercept never fires and cy.wait('@spacesPlugin')
times out. Mirrors the fix already applied in readonlyrest_kbn's
automatic-tests copy (PR #1043).

Companion to #137, cherry-picked onto `master`. `clone_e2e_tests_repo` in readonlyrest_kbn falls
back to `develop` then `master` when the target/base branch doesn't exist in this repo, so
`master` needs the same fix or those fallback runs keep failing.
