The ironic plugin is written to translate angular work on a Horizon panel to a plugin to ensure that the angular will merge into Horizon successfully and not contrary to the direction in which Horizon are wanting to move with regard coding standards.
To have a user interface for Ironic within Horizon to allow users to manage their nodes and ports.
