Fix a bug in the ordering of the projection quantum numbers in a CG factor that goes into the geometric part of the (p,n) amplitude.
I also fixed the same bug that appears in CHEX, the fortran code I use to validate jitr's (p,n). I've updated the reference cross section from CHEX, and verified the new implementation.
