Summary

  • publish the v2 AI session-record, notification, and host-operation experience
  • refresh README, Engineering Highlights, CHANGELOG, architecture, deployment, and operator documentation
  • make frontend production deployment an explicit same-tag step after backend promotion
  • add the four-way v2 host-write client contract gate for safe mixed-version rollout
  • include Flyway migrations V37–V42

Verification

  • ./scripts/pre-push-check.sh --full --release
  • frontend: 1,536 tests, lint, coverage, production build
  • backend: PR gate plus Testcontainers integration suite
  • browser: 92 Playwright E2E tests with the production host-write gate enabled
  • public release candidate and secret scan
  • GitHub Actions workflow lint

Deployment order

  1. publish and deploy readmates-server:v2.0.0
  2. sync production configuration
  3. verify the temporary host-write freeze
  4. manually deploy the exact v2.0.0 frontend tag
  5. verify anonymous production probes and integrations
