#23784) The in-memory execution store pruned completed executions on the very next sweep after they finished, giving Add's dedup check almost no window to catch a duplicate execution ID arriving shortly after (e.g. a duplicate CRON trigger event, ~1 minute apart). Sweeps still run every 30s, but a completed execution is now only pruned once it has been finished for longer than a new 20-minute retention constant.
