Miniscript support (for displayaddress)

When calling hwi displayaddress with a tr() descriptor containing miniscript:

Signer returned error: and_v is not a valid descriptor function

I guess we'll need to track which wallets do an don't support this?

Same problem.

I tried to display the address / register the descriptor on a BitBox02 and got this:
hwi --fingerprint displayaddress --addr-type tap --desc "tr(/<0;1>/,{and_v(v:pk([/]/<0;1>/),older(52596)),and_v(v:pk([/]/<0;1>/),pk([/]/<0;1>/))})#"

I tried the code with version 3.1.0. However, using the Liana wallet to register the same descriptor did work. This suggests there might be a bug in hwi.
