Fix refreshInterval type on group-wishlist auth-secret ExternalSecret - #357

ESO's refreshInterval field is a duration string; unquoted 0 was
parsed by YAML as an integer, causing ArgoCD sync to fail with
"expected string, got valueUnstructured{Value:0}".
