🤖 Approved with one nonblocking P3 on fallback recovery guidance. Code-only review; tests and runtime execution were intentionally out of scope.
The generic 403 fallback also covers list, contract and plan requests, which have no app owner to ask. Those now get account, environment and workspace guidance only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Apps belong to one workspace, with Buzz communities as the sharing destination beyond it. Remove the workspace-grant commands, transport, help and completion entries so agents see only the supported interface. There are no deprecated aliases or hidden compatibility stubs.
Audience inspection and Share & manage links remain available. App denials no longer suggest switching workspaces, and handoff no longer requires workspace-grant metadata. Part of BOT-2525; this change does not remove backend grant storage or APIs.
Review order: this PR, then #38 for community grant/revoke (BOT-2475). Release the matching CLI and Apps skill together and verify agents have the updated versions.
