Update version strings so the 1.9.4 release tag ships a build that self-reports 1.9.4 (WordPress Stable tag and MAYO_VERSION upgrade check). The = 1.9.4 = changelog section is already in readme.txt. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
