Regression tests

As new features are added, there will likely come a time when empirically checking that the machinery still works will become a pain point, especially if there are multiple contributors.

I intended this to be as tests for 4bb, not tests run by the users. As answers were present in the repo, I thought this could be used to test if everything worked as expected.

@porkostomus I guess still some work has to be done to run tests regardless of what is in the answers directory. Also some CI setup, etc.?
