.NET 8 conversion

This branch converts SilkySouls to .NET 8.

I play on Linux and do my development and testing on ArchLinux, and this makes development cross-platform.

The previous framework setup is much harder to deal with when not on Windows. Moving to .NET 8 makes local iteration, testing, and experimentation much more friendly to development on Linux.

Note that to make it compatible with a proton prefix, which won't have a modern .net, I did build the binary self-contained to get it working.

dotnet publish "$SILKY_PROJ"
-c Release
-r win-x64
--self-contained true
/p:PublishSingleFile=true
/p:IncludeNativeLibrariesForSelfExtract=true
/p:PublishTrimmed=false
/p:DebugType=None
/p:DebugSymbols=false
-o "$SILKY_PUBLISH_DIR"
