Summary

Adds TableThis as an agent-enabling hosted shared-data/document workspace, with first-party evidence, scoped OAuth MCP access, audited writes, and proposal/review/apply workflows.

  • Uses Storage & Media as the closest existing category: agents persist and retrieve shared Markdown documents and records with substantive permission/provenance controls. Explicitly avoids claiming a dedicated agent-memory abstraction; happy to adjust taxonomy through review.
  • Includes canonical product image (HTTP 200, 1200×630), documentation, terms, and privacy evidence.
  • No public-backend/source-license claim, compliance certification, or universal human-approval claim. Immediate writes versus reviewed proposals are distinguished.
  • Pricing is free because current terms say the hosted service is offered without charge and do not establish a currently available paid tier.
  • Submitter metadata generated against trusted current main for sidekickjanet.

Verification

  • npm run validate:content -- --require-submitters passed.
  • npm test passed, 90/90, under Node v24.22.0.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Source pages read on 2026-10-17. No authenticated TableThis tool execution, security assessment, or runtime benchmark claimed.

Official Registry entry: ai.tablethis/tablethis version 0.1.0, remote https://app.tablethis.ai/mcp. Registry publication is not treated as a security certification or inclusion-policy endorsement.

Policy assessment
@bradvin TableThis passes the current inclusion test as agent-enabling shared-data infrastructure in storage-media-hosting (entityType: web-api). Agents can query typed tables, search/read Markdown documents and propose or apply attributable, conflict-aware changes across a persistent shared workspace. Those permission/provenance controls materially enable agent workflows beyond generic MCP compatibility; it is neither an autonomous agent nor a dedicated extracted-memory engine. Product identity, category, classification, schema, complete listing and all four claim-level evidence items check out.

Evidence checked
Each exact submitted URL was fetched and its claim validated: https://www.tablethis.ai/docs ; https://www.tablethis.ai/ ; https://www.tablethis.ai/terms ; https://www.tablethis.ai/privacy . Independently compared product/docs, legal/privacy and the permission/shared-data/knowledge blog surfaces. Terms identify Second Coffee, LLC and the currently free, usage-limited hosted service; homepage specifies 100 MB/no card. No contradictory paid cadence, versioned package or public implementation was found; no open-source/self-hosting claim is made. Immediate writes are permissioned, not universally approved; scheduled clients are suggest-only. The listing discloses third-party embedding/AI processing, retention windows and regulated-data restrictions. No authenticated end-to-end execution, audit or benchmark was performed. Published-site and other-open-PR duplicate checks found no match.

agentSummary — accepted: TableThis gives people and connected AI assistants a shared workspace of typed tables and Markdown documents. Agents can query records, search documents, and propose or apply changes according to granted permissions. Change history, conflict checks, and separate review and apply permissions support collaborative internal-app workflows without treating every connected client as an unrestricted writer.
Reason: The docs establish shared typed tables/Markdown documents, scoped reads/writes, separate proposal/review/apply permissions and conflict/audit controls; the paragraph adds the agent workflow without replacing the product description.

seoTitle — accepted: TableThis: Shared Tables and Docs for AI Agent Workflows
Reason: The product/docs support shared tables and documents for connected AI-agent workflows; the title names that concrete use without unsupported claims.

seoDescription — accepted: Give AI assistants shared tables and Markdown documents through an OAuth MCP connector, with scoped permissions, change proposals, and audited updates.
Reason: The docs explicitly support OAuth MCP, scoped access, change proposals and audited updates; the description gives a factual search reason complementary to the longer agent summary.

The existing description was preserved byte-for-byte; the body and every other non-editorial byte were also preserved. All three contributor suggestions were accepted unchanged; the commit adds only the reviewer identity/date. Author and committer names/emails and GitHub-linked foo-bender logins, direct parentage and final PR head were verified.

Checks run
Exact final head 1f7345a, reconciled with current main e4cd7a5 in an isolated clone: npm run validate:content passed; npm test passed (90/90); git diff --check passed. Documentation/source review is not authenticated product execution or an independent security/performance benchmark.
