Newer Antigravity CLI versions (agy 1.2.2 and later) need a local access token. This prepares 1.5.44 with the fix from #495 and the test additions from #496 already on main.

Updates the release versions and lock entries, and credits @WayPointStack in the changelog. The Antigravity fix passed a Windows VM run against real agy 1.2.17 with branch builds of the CLI and desktop app: plain agy shows the launch guidance, a token launch signed out shows the not signed in error, and no agy shows the existing not running message. A signed-in quota fetch was not tested.

Note

Low Risk
Version and changelog-only release prep with no runtime code changes in the diff; low risk aside from ensuring all version strings stay in sync for builds.

Overview
Prepares Ceiling 1.5.44 by aligning marketing and crate versions (1.5.43 → 1.5.44) across version.env, the codexbar / desktop Tauri crates, package.json, tauri.conf.json, and Cargo.lock, and closing the unreleased changelog section with dated 1.5.44 notes.

The new changelog entry documents behavior that is already on main (from earlier fixes): Antigravity guidance for agy ≥ 1.2.2 (--csrf_token, probing matching processes/ports), clearer signed-out vs quota display (not signed in vs false 0%, exhausted quotas at 100%), plus internal regression tests for taskbar strip repainting and relative time wording. No application source changes appear in this diff—only version metadata and release notes.

Note

Prepare Ceiling 1.5.44 release

Bumps the version to 1.5.44 across the desktop Tauri app, Rust crates, and version.env (BUILD_NUMBER stays 144). Adds the 1.5.44 entry to CHANGELOG.md covering Antigravity CLI token and process/port handling, sign-in and quota reporting fixes, and new regression tests. Updates the dependency lockfile.
