This tool is used for merging the public.xml files of split apks among other things. It's only intended to be used in the bttv project please don't file issues for other things.
- fix - find and replace all placeholders in xml files
- yml - add DNC of splits to base apktool.yml
- ids - recalculate the ids of bttv_ prefixed values in public.xml
- strings - find and add strings from mod directory
