This draft fixes remaining reliability paths for model ownership, maintenance publication, ingestion completion, tier activation and native adapters. The complete diff excludes README and public documentation.
Local production validation passed: 4,002 tests, 3,671 subtests and 53 Bun tests, plus focused and installed-wheel checks. Latest change adds a synthetic Windows creation diagnostic and dispatches it in the Windows CI matrix; lint, off-Windows no-op and independent source review passed. Production code and pytest assertions are unchanged by this diagnostic increment.
Hosted Windows tests at the previous head still fail ownership checks. The new diagnostic measures TokenUser ownership and protected DACLs supplied when creating new synthetic objects, then calls the original guards. Native Windows results are pending. This draft does not claim the original Mac memory problem, hard physical cap or full native retrieval acceptance is solved.
