chore: track knowledge-base edit/archive/i18n in the host app, not this repo

Summary

#64 describes RoleWeave Job Documents / Knowledge Base (knowledge/1.md, Bound · Read-only, Chinese type/size/version display). Those surfaces live in the host app (bytefolk/roleweave), not in doc.

PR #65 only localizes time-ago strings inside this repo.

Ask

• Keep API/document-plane bugs in bytefolk/doc.
• File lifecycle (edit / rename / archive / delete) and Chinese list/detail formatting against the host app.
• Close or retarget [Knowledge Base] Newly created documents cannot be edited or archived, and UI is not fully localized for Chinese #64 once the host-app ticket exists.

RoleWeave in the ASteam workspace already has an implementation of knowledge-file edit/rename/archive/restore/delete plus localized type/size/name display.
