当前 README 中的 Star History 图表已无法正常显示（GitHub stargazer API 限制所致），本次将图表地址切换至新的服务域名，恢复项目 Star 趋势展示。

README 中的 Star History 图表当前已失效，无法正常展示项目的 Star 趋势。原因是 GitHub 对 stargazer API 的限制导致原图表服务不可用。
本次修改将图表服务切换至可正常工作的新地址，并同步更新中文与英文版 README，恢复图表显示。
