What this PR does / why we need it:
Aligns the mandatory info.description blocks with the canonical Commonalities r4.4 templates.
This PR adds the missing blank line directly after the CAMARA:MANDATORY BEGIN marker for:
The additional-error-responses block already follows the canonical formatting.
This ensures the following Markdown headings render correctly in Swagger Editor and avoids the corresponding validation finding once the updated tooling check is picked up.
