Subscriptions API: callback description refers to reachability status notifications #143

Problem description
The callback WARNING in info.description of device-data-volume-subscriptions.yaml refers to "reachability status notifications" (L63). This API sends device data volume notifications.

Expected behavior
Replace "reachability status notifications" with "device data volume notifications".
