Expected behavior
Correct the URL to point to the correct location of this repository: but first fix #38 because the URL depends on how that issue is resolved. (Update: #38 has now been deferred post-alpha)

Update: I see https://github.com/camaraproject/DeviceQualityIndicator results in a redirect to https://github.com/camaraproject/DeviceMediaStreamingRate - so fine to defer this post-alpha and update it for the initial release.
