release-plan.yaml, as required by the release automation. With #50 merged, it resolves the P-002 / P-019 validation findings on main.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Related to #38 (API name) and #37 (r1.1 review issues).
Special notes for reviewers:
After merge, release automation will open the Release Issue for r1.2 and a sync PR for the Commonalities r4.4 files in
code/common. The switch to the r4.4 error response catalogue, with the 422/429 test scenarios agreed in #47, follows after that sync.Changelog input
