Merge upstream/main into feat/update-vwip-version, resolving conflict in device-swap.yaml by adopting the upstream refactor (CAMARA_common.yaml $refs, x-camara-commonalities 0.9.0) and applying the version bump to 1.1.0.

Closing this PR in favour of a clean replacement. The branch accumulated a noisy history (upstream merge commit, URL format corrections) and was incorrectly targeting |
