What this PR does / why we need it:
Aligns
mainwith Commonalities r4.4 after the plan bump and the sync ofcode/common/. The three sample API definitions are replaced with the r4.4 content (this clears S-229 onsample-service-subscriptionsand the P-027 template findings), and the hand-written test definition is replaced by per-operation test definitions for all three APIs (12 feature files, clears P-006). Local validation: 0 errors, 0 warnings, 4 hints (S-313).Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
