Error responses need to be redesigned per Commonalities r4.4

Problem description

Commonalities r4.4 includes #665 Error responses redesign.

Expected behaviour

Update the error responses per #665. At minimum, the Generic prefix shall be removed in the $refs.

Alternative solution

Additional context

Checked and simply requires the error response names to be aligned with Commonalities in this case.
